Establishing your Warranty
Included with our Battery Service, we validate your warranty following installation.
Here's the typical criteria that must be met:

1. Voltage of vehicle while running/on/Ready must be between 13.5V and 14.5V.

2. Battery hold-down bracket must be securely fitted, preventing the battery from moving freely in the engine bay.

3. Terminal clamps and other connections must be clean, snug and otherwise free of any factor which introduces higher resistance or poor connection.

4. The battery must be the Battery Manufacturer recommended fit for the vehicle, equivalent to the OEM battery, or higher power than the aforementioned.

If these conditions cannot be met at the time of delivery and installation, you'll have two weeks to rectify the issue(s) identified and present the vehicle and battery to the relevant brand's claim center for validation.
Failure to do this will result in any Warranty offered being void without compensation.
